Return Policy

1,Eligibility Criteria

You can return any unopened, unused, and undamaged bag within 45 days of receiving your order. The bag must be in its original packaging, including tags and any accompanying accessories like dust bags. Bags showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2,Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via email at uubustore@gmail.com or through our online contact form. Provide your order number and the reason for the return. We'll then send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method.
